Metabyl is built around The Rule of Metabolic Life — a behavioral rhythm system grounded in three meals about 5–6 hours apart, mostly C.L.E.A.N. food, intentional movement, and protected sleep. We're a clinician-led app focused on long-term habit change, not weight-loss scoreboarding.
If you're an employer, payer, or provider organization interested in offering Metabyl to your population, we'd love to hear what you're trying to solve. We're not making population-level outcome claims at this stage — those will come from real cohort data, with consent, as the program grows.
